Sweetpea made her first trip to Chicago this weekend. She had lots of fun, too! We went to visit my friend, Reena. Sweetpea played all day Saturday and was very good, especially considering she didn't get a single nap that day! We went to the Shedd Aquarium and she loved seeing all the fish and other animals. Her leg has gotten much better, so she was running all over the place!
That night she got to see Aunt Christi for a little bit because she happened to be in Chicago at the same time. Today we came back and made a little stop in Bloomington on the way home to visit the mall. Sweetpea rode the carousel there and had a blast! She missed her pony at home, though, and was happy to be back. Here is a video and a picture of our trip to the aquarium this weekend.

What a wonderful get-a-way!! And how special for you to be able to get-to-gether with Christi - know she loved seeing Emma. What good news that Emma seems to have fully recovered - the power of prayer. Love the pictures.
