Almost the new year...

I meant to post last night, but as it turns out Aaron got pretty ill yesterday. He came back home from work and was in bed all day. So, after watching two little ones all day and then Sweetpea by myself all night I was tired. Not to mention, Sweetpea was in a weird mood yesterday too. She was very needy and cried a lot, which is abnormal for her so I hope she's not getting sick too. And then she woke up again about 8 and would not go back to sleep for about an hour. But, after seeing her with her dad tonight, I think she just missed him yesterday.

We had a great Christmas with our families! Sweetpea really took the loot - and now it's all over our living room floor! We haven't taken everything out, yet - we're starting slow. Her friend Noah has really enjoyed all her toys, too!

I can't believe tomorrow is already New Year's Eve. We don't have any plans - just a quiet night in. Sweetpea and I are having lunch tomorrow with her godmother, though, which will be fun.

Here's a picture of Sweetpea tonight wearing some of her new clothes - the shirt is from Nana Karen & Phil, the pants are from Grandma & Grandpa E., and the shoes are from Grandpa & Granny S. :)

Santa Claus is coming to town!

We went to breakfast with Santa today! Sweetpea had lots of fun seeing her friends. She didn't like Santa as much, although she seemed to enjoy him from a distance. But, as you can see from the picture, she did not like sitting on his lap! Then Santa gave her a candy cane and she really enjoyed chewing on that (or rather the plastic around the outside!) :)

This morning we had our family Christmas, too, so Sweetpea got a couple presents from Santa. After the first present she didn't seem very interested in unwrapping any other gifts - she just wanted to play. But, it was fun!

This will probably be my last post until after the holidays - too much to do! So, we wish you all a wonderful Christmas!

Ice Ice Baby

We got lots of ice last night!! So much that daddy didn't have to go to work! :) Although he still went out this afternoon to finish up Christmas shopping and said it wasn't that bad. We've been running around trying to finish wrapping gifts, making cookies, and clean up the house a little before the holidays.

Sweetpea has been into making this grumpy face lately - not sure where it came from. Here is a picture of her happy face and then a picture of her new grumpy face!

Pukey Monday

Today was quite a crazy day! Noah was here and after he ate, I was feeding Sweetpea when all of a sudden he puked up ALL his lunch! It went EVERYWHERE! So, I had to put Sweetpea down for a second, which she didn't like, and try to clean it up quickly. Then I put him in the exersaucer and finished feeding Sweetpea. Well, I guess he wasn't done, because all of a sudden he puked up some more - and this even came out of his nose! So, I decided I didn't want any more throw up in the living room, so I sat him in the tub naked for awhile. No more throw up came, though. So, after playing in the bathroom for awhile I decided to put them both back in the living room. While I was trying to dress Noah again, Sweetpea fell over and hit her head on the wall which sent her into a crying frenzy so I left Noah with no clothes on for awhile while I tried to calm Sweetpea down. It was CRAZINESS!
But, later when I went to get the mail, I saw Sweetpea got a card (a SECOND Christmas card! :)) from her great grandma and great grandpa Fitzgibbon. I showed her the letter, which had a big snowman on the front, and she loved it! I got a little film of her looking at the card.
Well, let's hope there is no throw up tomorrow!

Holiday Shopping

We have kept Sweetpea very busy this weekend! Saturday we went Christmas shopping all day. Sweetpea was excellent! I think it helped that she took a nap on the way to the mall. When we got there it was pretty scarce, but around noon people started coming out of the woodwork! We missed Santa, because he was on a break. We are going to see him at a breakfast with Santa, though, next weekend. Sweetpea and dad did ride on the carousel, though. Sweetpea really enjoyed it! I'm attaching a picture of them on the ride.

Then, when we got back from shopping we had a party to go to at a friend's house, so we fed Sweetpea and raced over to our friend's house. There we played some Rock Band and Sweetpea was really getting into that, too! She loved watching her mom make a fool of herself! :) Finally, at about 8 she was giving us signals that we were wearing her out, so we went home.

Today we had church this morning. There was an open house after church so we went with some friends and pigged out. After that we stopped by Kohl's for some final Christmas gifts. And now Sweetpea is taking a much needed nap! :)

I know this week will be just as busy, though, as we prepare for Christmas break. But, hopefully we will not forget the real reason for the season admist all this chaos!

Clapping Frenzy!

Sweetpea has been picking on her buddy Noah the past couple days. She has been trying to get his pacifier and then she'll do her scream - which makes Noah cry every time! Occassionally Noah will just give her his pacifier, I think because he's a little scared of her. :)
So far the tree is still standing! Noah has tried to get over there a few times, but I've caught him before he gets there. Sweetpea still hasn't shown much interest in it.
Today I was laying on the floor with Sweetpea and then I got up to go into the kitchen and get something. When I came back in the living room, she was sitting up. She has been trying to go from laying to sitting, but had never made it all the way. Until, of course, I left the room! So, hopefully I'll get to see her do it tomorrow.
Here is a video that dad took of her clapping.

O Christmas Tree

We finally got our Christmas tree up today! Now it really feels like Christmas - and it's especially nice because there's still snow on the ground outside! Sweetpea didn't go crazy with the tree like we expected - she kept trying to crawl away from it when we sat her next to it. But, I'm sure that will change when there are presents underneath!

Mouse in the house!

We had a mouse in our house, and there may be more! We noticed some mouse droppings in the kitchen, so Aaron set up some traps. I guess he caught one the other morning, but he got rid of it before I came in the kitchen luckily! I hope there are no more - we didn't see any droppings this morning so that is a good sign!

Sweetpea had her 8 mo. pics today. We took some christmas ones, too. She was moving all over the place while the lady was trying to take her picture and she wouldn't smile much, but we still got a few good ones out of her!

Aaron got one of his old soccer balls out last night to get Sweetpea started early! Here's a picture of her with the soccer ball. I'm sure the golf balls will be coming next!

Let it snow!

Yay - it's been snowing a little today! It's so beautiful! We actually went out in it today, but before it started snowing. I had a dentist appointment this morning and Sweetpea had to come, too. She was very good while I was getting my teeth cleaned, though. After that we went to a playdate at another mom's house. Sweetpea had lots of fun - there were a TON of toys for her to play with! She was the youngest one there, but it didn't stop her from playing.

Her nose is still pretty stuffy, but I think it's getting better. She slept through the night last night, so I don't think it's bothering her as much. Here is a video of her scooting!

Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving! It was nice seeing everyone, although I think Sweetpea was pretty worn out from all the faces. We are so thankful that we are able to see our families over the holidays!

Sweetpea learned a new trick over the holidays - she can now clap! It's very cute and I will get a video soon, I promise! When we got back home we found quite a bit of snow which was nice. It's not nice to drive on, but since I didn't have anywhere to go today it was nice. Sweetpea also came back with a very runny nose so today she was kind of grumpy because when she tried to take naps she would wake up - I think because it was hard to breath out of her nose. We tried the humidifier and I've been suctioning out snot all day!! Hopefully she'll clear up soon, I feel so bad for her!

I'm including a picture of Sweetpea with two of her aunts over the holiday!!

Laundry Day

I can't believe Thanksgiving is in two days! We had a pretty good day today - having a tough time getting to bed right now, but c'est la vie. I put Sweetpea in the laundry basket and she actually enjoyed it, I think!

Sweetpea was in a screaming mood today and kept scaring her friend Noah. I'm attaching a video of one of her screams. She was doing this while Noah was sleeping so I tried to tell her no in a stern voice and, as you will see, she just laughed at me. Hopefully this is not a sign of things to come! :)

This will be my last post until after Thanksgiving - so I hope everyone enjoys their holiday!

Swimming Days No More

Sweetpea had her last swimming lesson Saturday. It started off good - she was kicking like crazy! But, after about 20 min. she decided she was done. It didn't help that she had not had a morning nap. So, we ended up leaving early. I think she really enjoyed the swimming, though. We'll have to take lessons again!

Daddy also got his last round of golf in Sunday - or so he says. I'm sure if the weather is nice one day he'll find a way to get out there again! :)

I finally got my haircut. It has been a long time. It was also nice to get out for a little bit while daddy babysat!

Now we're just trying to get ready for Thanksgiving - hopefully we don't forget anything! We are looking forward to seeing everyone!

Froggy

Here is Sweetpea reading one of her books that Nana Wulff got her. She really likes to make the frog croak, as you can see!

Brrr...It's Cold

It's getting really cold - there were flurries a little bit today! Here's a picture of Sweetpea in her snowsuit! She looks a little scared, but I think she was just confused as to why I was putting her in this suit and taking a picture.

Wednesday Sweetpea got her second, and final, flu shot. She took it like a champion, too! She only cried at first, but when I picked her up she was fine. She was a little cranky the rest of the day, so I gave her some tylenol and then she was fine.

Today we went grocery shopping and then she took a long nap. I decided to try and get back in shape, so I worked out while she was sleeping. I'm so out of shape! We had kindermusik tonight and Sweetpea was showing off how she can move forward now! She also made a new friend that she kept wanting to play with.

Have a great Friday tomorrow!!

Ready, set, go...

Sweetpea is getting closer to crawling - she can actually scoot forward now. She was scooting forward trying to get my laptop yesterday. Then I tried to tempt her with a toy and she wasn't interested in scooting anymore! We tried to work with her on the crawling, but I think we wore her out.
Saturday she had her swimming lesson and she was getting better about swimming on her back. It wasn't making her as mad! I also poured some water on her face to try and get her used to it and she didn't mind. I think she's definitely a waterbug! We switched her bathtub to the rubber ducky bath and she LOVES it!
Here is a video of her playing her piano today!

Friday at last!!

What a busy week! Wednesday morning I went to heat up water for my morning oatmeal and noticed that the water was not getting warm. I guess our microwave decided to die! I have never realized before how much I use that microwave - it has stunk not having it!! Wednesday we had a playdate in the morning. But, first I had to drive to my friend's house and return the peapod costume we had borrowed. Anyway, she lives about 25 miles away and I was over halfway there before I realized I had forgotten to put the costume in the car! I had remembered everything else except that, so we had to turn around and go back. Needless to say, Sweetpea had a long nap that morning in the car. Finally we ended up at this church where they have free playdates and Sweetpea had lots of friends her age, which was nice.
Thursday we had Kindermusik. Sweetpea is the youngest one in that class and all the other babies were all over the place Thursday crawling and walking. I could tell Sweetpea really wanted to join them because she kept trying to get on the floor and then she'd put herself in the crawling position. :)
Today we just stayed home all day. Sweetpea's friend Noah came over. Lately, Sweetpea has been into screaming (as you saw in a previous video). She's not mad or anything, just speaking her mind. Anyway, Noah does not like it. She kept screaming and he would start crying because it would startle him. So, I spent a lot of time trying to calm him down!
Here is a video of Sweetpea in her jumperoo. She was jumping really high tonight!

Happy Belated Bday!

Sweetpea turned 7 months yesterday! I can't believe how fast time is going. She's getting close to crawling - she'll lift up her body now into crawling position, but doesn't go anywhere yet.
Last night I got to go out and had a Mary Kay makeover done because I won some free MK at the Women's Lifestyle show awhile ago. That was nice! Dad enjoyed some time with Sweetpea, too!
Today we played with Sweetpea's friend Noah. He is getting to be a handful at 10 months. He's pulling himself up into standing position so he'll pull himself up on everything - now I have to kidproof a lot more carefully!
Here's a little video I took awhile ago - I was trying to get her rolling but once the camera was on she was just interested in getting ahold of it!

Weekend away - sorta

Aaron and I finally had a date night since Sweetpea's been born! My parents came up this weekend and babysat while we went out to dinner, a hockey game, and then stayed at a hotel in town. We had a free overnight stay we had won awhile ago. It was really nice to be able to get out without child and I think my parents enjoyed spending time with their granddaughter! They wore her out, though, because she took 3 naps today!

Saturday we had our second swim lesson. Daddy and grandparents all came, too, which was nice. Sweetpea had lots of fun! She doesn't like being on her back very much, but she likes to splash with her arms. Here is a picture of her in swim class!

Crazy Days

The last couple days have been busy. Tuesday Sweetpea and I went to the zoo because it was free day. It was also a beautiful day to walk around so that was nice! Wednesday I had to work, so daddy got to spend time with Sweetpea in the afternoon and night. She was asleep when I got home so I guess he wore her out!
She has been sleeping a lot, but luckily her fever didn't last long so I don't think she is sick. But, mom is getting sick now. I have a stuffy nose and headaches. Dad started getting a stuffy nose today, too, so I may be passing it on. Hopefully this doesn't stick around long.
Tonight we all went out for ice cream with the mom's group I am in. We ended up getting paid to eat ice cream because I had a BOGO coupon and dad had a $2.50 gift card from work, so what we had ordered ended up being less than that and they gave us the extra change. That was exciting!
Per request of Aunt Heather I am attaching a video for your viewing pleasure! Have a great Friday!

Beautiful Days!

I can't believe how beautiful the weather has been - it's great! Sweetpea, her friend, and I went on a walk today and it was perfect outside.

I was a little worried yesterday that maybe the time change would mess up her sleep schedule, but she ended up sleeping from 8 last night to 8 this morning! I couldn't believe it. Then she took a two hour nap this morning. It turned out she had a little bit of a fever - I thought she felt warm and it turned out she was a little feverish, so I guess that was making her tired. We gave her some tylenol tonight and she's asleep right now, so hopefully she will be able to sleep off this fever.
Here's a picture of Sweetpea playing with the remote - one of her favorite "toys" of course!

We have a busy day tomorrow with an oil change and voting, of course. Also, it's free day at the zoo so if Sweetpea is feeling better we might go walk around there for awhile. Signing off!! :)

Splish Splash

Today was our first swim lesson! It went really well - Sweetpea seemed to enjoy the water. It would have been nice to have extra hands, but dad had a golf tournament. It was a little difficult for me to dress her and get ready myself, but next weekend we should have company and maybe we'll be able to get some pics of her in the pool.

After that we went to pick up a scarf that I had won at the Women's Lifestyle show! :) That was exciting to win something. It was such a beautiful day, too, that I decided to walk around the outdoor mall a little bit. We went to Old Navy and I ended up getting Sweetpea some little slippers that look kinda like "Uggs." (not sure how to spell that) I took a picture of her in her new kicks!

Tonight we all went to church and then decided to get mexican for dinner. Finally we went to Kohl's to pick up a couple things we needed. I think Sweetpea was definitely worn out after a long day. I am pretty worn out as well!

Our First Halloween

Happy Halloween! Sweetpea dressed up this evening as a care bear. Surprisingly, she didn't get very mad about having to wear a costume. We walked next door to the neighbor's house. They really enjoyed seeing her and gave us some treats - but they were healthy treats! I asked them where the chocolate was. :) The rest of the night we just answered the door to trick-or-treaters. We didn't have too many, though.

Our first swim lesson is tomorrow - hopefully Sweetpea will be rested for it because it took awhile to fall asleep tonight!

No Sleep

Another long night last night - Sweetpea woke up around 3 and would not go back to sleep until 5. Finally she fell asleep with me in the guest bedroom.

So this morning I was pretty slow moving; we just laid around most of the time. We did go grocery shopping. Then, I had to go to work so daddy spent time with his daughter. I got a nice pic of Sweetpea wearing her new hat with daddy - they both look very happy!

Cold day!

It was freezing today! There was actually snow for a minute or two! I was really tired this morning - it was hard to get up. It was a pretty mild day, though. We just hung around the house. The two "kiddies" took long naps in the afternoon, which was a nice resting time for me. Sweetpea wore some of her new clothes from this weekend - a pair of overalls from Oshkosh B'Gosh - they looked super cute on her.

Dad took a picture of us playing on the floor - and I figured I'd post it, even though I don't look that good in it. :)

In-Laws visit

Well, this weekend we had some visitors! My mother-in-law, my husband's brother and his son all came to visit. It was a great weekend. The boys played golf and the ladies went to a women's lifestyle fair. Then we all went to dinner. After dinner the boys went to a hockey game and the ladies went home - Sweetpea was exhausted from all the company and running around.
Today Sweetpea and I went to some outlet stores nearby. Found a lot of good deals - but she has soooo many clothes now!! It has been a very busy weekend - we are all pretty exhausted around here!

Here is a picture of Sweetpea with her cousin, who loves to play with her! :) He even shared his stocking cap with her.

Ah-Ba

Sweetpea is making new noises - "ah-ba!" It's sooo cute. I've tried to get a video of it, but every time I get the camera out she stops - go figure! But, I got a little bit of it in this clip, near the end.

Mom went out last night for a much needed Mom's Night Out! It was lots of fun, but I went to bed pretty late. Of course, I was woken up around 4:30 and Sweetpea was WIDE awake! Luckily, dad was getting up not long after that and took her out to the living room. Then, when dad left she went back to sleep with me - thank goodness because I was tired!

Then we went grocery shopping. Previously I had commented how Sweetpea loved going to the grocery store, but she did not love it today. She started bawling when I was checking out - I guess she was tired of being there. Then she fell asleep in the car on the way home and took quite a long nap.

Here is a picture of Sweetpea covered in one of her blankets! We played a little peek-a-boo!

Laundry Day!

It was a pretty relaxing day today. Sweetpea slept pretty late and so I cleaned up a bit around the house and did some laundry. Then we went to CVS and I signed up for a card. A lot of my fellow moms keep going on about how they save so much money at CVS because you can earn Extra Credit Bucks, so I decided to try it out. We'll see. Then we spent the rest of the day at home hanging out. Here's a picture of Sweetpea trying to pull off her sock - she looks pretty guilty in this picture!

A funny thing happened while I was cleaning. I found a receipt I have been looking for for months. It is for bottles that I never used so I wanted to return, but I could never remember where I had bought them. Anyway, the funny thing is that the receipt was good for returns up until TODAY! Funny, huh? So, I got to return these unused bottles - it was only $5, but I thought that it was funny I found it on the last day possible to return!

Anyway, I'm tired because I stayed up last night watching baseball! So, goodnight!

Halloween Party

Sweetpea went to her first Halloween party tonight. She had a really good time! She was showing off for everyone. We got her a sweetpea costume, but she didn't stay in that too long because it was hot and almost too small for her. But, she wore it for a little while. Mom and dad were a spoon and a fork! I think we could have won a prize, but Sweetpea was getting tired and since it was 9:30 we decided to leave. She fell asleep as soon as we hit the car!

Thursday, October 16, 2008

Loooong Night!

It's 10:00 and Sweetpea just went down. Sheesh. Actually I put her to bed at around 6:45 and I thought, yay that was easy. Well, she decided to wake up around 8 and could not go back to sleep so I let her come out into the living room for awhile. Then, we tried to go to bed again and it did not work. So, finally, I tried laying with her in my bed and that worked. Either she's still achy from her shots or those teeth are starting to poke through.
The day went well, though. She slept until 7 which was nice seeing as how she got me up at midnight! Then we went grocery shopping and she was an angel - I think she really likes the grocery store. The rest of the day we just hung around the house doing laundry and I actually worked out a little - which is abnormal for me!
No pictures, though, because I was just enjoying the day and forgot. Hopefully tomorrow I will have a picture of a happy baby to show you! :)

Shots :(

Today was a busy day, but turned out really well actually. Sweetpea had her 6 month checkup this morning. Everything was great! She is 18 lb 6 oz - still 90th percentile, but the doctor said she looked healthy and right on track developmentally. She had to get her shots of course, which was sad, and even sadder since the flu shot was added. But, for the first time I stayed strong and did not cry. That was hard for me, but I knew I needed to learn how to be strong now while she's young, so when she's older I can avoid being a blubbering mess in front of her and making her even more scared of shots.

Then mom had an appointment in the afternoon so Sweetpea went to a babysitter - one of my fellow moms. She had a good time playing with this mom's baby who is 4 months. Then she got to play with dad while I went to work. They tried to go for a walk, but then it started to rain. So, they played inside.

But, with no real naps during the day Sweetpea was exhausted when I got home from work and went right to bed. She did have a long day!

Sunny Day!

This weekend was pretty uneventful. We went walking on a nearby trail one day - mom, dad, and Sweetpea. That was nice although the bugs were out full force. We also went over to a friend's house Saturday night and visited with people. Sunday we just laid around and relaxed.

Today was a beautiful day! We went for a walk this morning and the weather was perfect. Then later we decided to drive out to the apple orchard - mostly so mom could get a caramel apple! I got a pic of Sweetpea at the apple orchard with Winnie the Pooh (made out of pumpkins and gourds). Then when we got home the garage door wouldn't open, which was frustrating. And then while making dinner Sweetpea decided she was upset about something. So, the end of the day was a little chaotic, but dad got the door fixed (hopefully!) and everything turned out fine.

Sweetpea's latest "trick" is to eat her toes - as you can see in the picture!! So flexible!

Happy Birthday!!

Today is Sweetpea's 6 month birthday! We celebrated by going to buy diapers - and then I picked out a 6 month + toy for her. She has started doing something new the last couple days - taking her thumb and pointing it down towards the floor and then moving her fingers back and forth. I have attached a video of her doing this. For some reason she has been doing this almost nonstop the last couple days. It's so fun watching her discover new things!

Busy, Busy, Busy

Well, we slept a little better last night - just got up at 4. Not too bad, but I miss my good sleeper! We had a full day today. It started off with a doctor's appt. for mom. Sweetpea was an angel at the doctor's office. She waited very patiently for mom to get done and all the nurses adored her! Then we went grocery shopping and Sweetpea continued to be an angel. When we got home she took her afternoon nap. I thought I'd check on her after awhile and when I walked in she was on her tummy looking up. She was being so quiet in her crib I had no idea she had been awake - so I took a picture of her innocently looking around. Finally, this afternoon we went and tried out a Kindermusik class. That's a method of learning through music. This class was for 6 month - 18 month kids, so Sweetpea got to meet a lot of other kids her size! She loved the music and movements. We may try to get signed up for the rest of the year. We are still debating whether or not to spend the money. For dinner I gave Sweetpea some of the pears I made yesterday and she seemed to really like them!

Wednesday, October 8, 2008

Jinxed

Okay, so I jinxed myself by saying what a great sleeper Sweetpea was. I knew that was going to happen! Well, after getting up 3 times last night, we were both exhausted today. But, it was still a good day. My friend came over and we made baby food while our kiddies played. Then Sweetpea got to try some of our pears later that night. Dad said she liked them! Sorry no pics today - never got around to it and forgot to remind dad to take a pic while I was at work. Well, let's hope we all get some sleep tonight.

Weekend Home

This weekend we went to visit our families. It was a quick weekend, but we had lots of fun visiting with everyone. Sweetpea had fun playing with her cousin - as you can see in the picture!

We have been trying to get back into our schedule the past couple days. It seems this week I have something planned every second! Or at least it feels like it. Luckily, though, Sweetpea has been sleeping like a log! It's always nice when I get some good sleep. Sweetpea has rediscovered her tongue the last couple days and has been sticking it out the side of her mouth. I am attaching a picture of this newfound talent! Let's hope Sweetpea can continue to be a great sleeper!!

Apple Orchard

Today, Sweetpea and I went to the apple orchard. It was a sunny day and nice fall weather! She wanted to run around like the other kids, but we had fun watching them play anyway. She'll be running around soon enough!

Razz-berries

Sweetpea has been making raspberry noises the last couple days so I tried to videotape one. You have to listen closely, but she is making some noises in this clip!!

Dad's Hat

Sweetpea had a good day today. She played with her friend Noah this morning - they are getting really cute together because they try to hold each other's hands! Then we went and signed up for swimming lessons in November - very excited about that! When dad came home he played with Emma and dressed her up in one of his hats. As you can see, at first she really was enjoying this, but then decided that she didn't really like dress up.

Manic Monday!

Today started out really well. Sweetpea slept until 6 and then took a nap at 8, but after she woke up from that it seemed like she just wasn't happy anymore. I think those teeth are trying to poke through because her drool has been increasing the last couple days. Here's a picture of her playing with one of her new toys from our garage saleing this past weekend. She's getting really good at sitting up! I'm not sure I'm ready for her to start crawling, but I think it's coming soon.

Saturday, September 27, 2008

Today was a busy day for Sweetpea! It started out with some garage saleing with mommy. We had fun and found lots of winter clothes and toys! Then we went to the fine arts fair downtown with dad. It was really hot, but there were a lot of cool things to look at. Mom forgot her camera or else you would get a pic of Sweetpea downtown in her sunglasses! Sorry. But, then we decided to go out to eat for dinner and so mom got a couple shots at the restaurant - enjoy them! We ended the day with a nice bath and she really enjoyed playing in the water - I think she's definitely going to be a waterbug!

Welcome to this blog!

I want to use this blog as a way to showcase my sweetpea. This is my husband and I's first child and she has been a true blessing for us. Every day she does something precious, so I am using this blog as a way to share those special moments with others. She is 5 1/2 months and getting stronger everyday - look at how high she is lifting herself up now!
